In general, the project will consist of the grading of the site including the construction of a shoring wall adjacent to the neighboring properties, and the construction of a 4-story, 5-level parking structure with supports for photovoltaic cells on the top level. In addition to NOTICE TO BIDDERS NOTICE TO BIDDERS iii the parking structure of the project will include site preparation for the future SLOREP theatre and general improvements to the surrounding public right of way, including landscaping, lighting, and street and sidewalk construction.
