Scope of Services All services shall be performed in accordance with all applicable State and City regulations and ordinances, including, but not limited to, the Professional Engineers Act. Construction engineering services, including construction contract management/administration, Facilitate Preconstruction meetings and weekly progress meetings Submittal Review Management of RFIs Schedule coordination Daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including project photo documentation Field/Construction inspection and monitor the contractor’s operations Plant observation Provide Material Testing Services and Coordinate Material testing per the Specifications Measurement of Quantities Managing change order and requests for extra work Review and approve progress estimates Process Claims Preparation of punch list items for final inspection Contract Close-out
