Scope of Services In general, the work consists of providing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals for the installation of earthen, geosynthetic, piping, and appurtenant components of the groundwater protection liner system for the project. These components include but are not limited to landfill gas piping, sub-drain/lysimeter/leachate collection and removal system, earthworks, geomembrane, geotextile, drainage geo-composite, geosynthetic clay liner, and protective soils cover. and all work necessary to render the facility complete and operational.
