SCOPE OF WORK The Work under this contract includes the furnishing of labor, tools, new materials, and equipment to Central Plant Chiller No. 3 replacement with removal and disposal of old equipment. The Contractor shall be a licensed contractor pursuant to the Business and Professions Code and shall be licensed in the following appropriate classification of contractor's license, for the work bid upon, and must maintain the license throughout the duration of the contract: The Contractor shall possess a "Class B and Class C-20” Contractor’s License for this Project. All work must conform to the adopted Building Codes for the City of Escondido.
