Bay Drive Protected Bike Lanes and Path Design Phase

Scope of Work Consultant shall provide all services needed to conduct utility investigation and coordination for any overhead or underground utilities that may need to be relocated or new services to be provided, communication and coordination with all stakeholders including residents, property owners, schools, school district, utilities, the City and Caltrans, support in conducting investigations and preparing environmental clearance documents, support in conducting investigations and preparing right-of-way clearance, conducting investigations, survey as required to prepare Plans, Specifications & Estimates (PS&E) for 10% concept, 30%, 60%, 90%, and 100% / IFB sets, and design support during contract advertisement, award, construction and closeout.
