SCOPE OF WORK The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and material for the rehabilitation of 52 manholes with calcium aluminate cement (CAC) shown in Exhibit A. The Contractor shall not rely on the dimensions shown on the Exhibits to determine material amount. The Contractor shall field verify manhole configurations and all controlling dimensions prior to ordering materials and prior to construction. Field verification of dimensions shall include all existing facilities, structures and pipes involved in all work whether or not record drawings are available and/or provided.
