Description: The Project is located at various locations in the City of Pittsburg. The streets are in the southwestern quadrant of the City near John Henry Johnson Park. Work will also be done on Marina Boulevard from Bay Side Drive to E 5th St. The work includes but is not limited to base repair, mill & overlay, three-layer treatment, cape seal, micro-surfacing, potential tree removal, concrete work, and all other work necessary for a complete project in accordance with the Plans and Specifications.
