On Wednesday, May 28, you will be redirected to the new website. To ensure a smooth transition to BidAmerica 3.0, here’s how to prepare:

You’ll log in using your email address. Be sure you know which email is linked to your account. Update your email now if needed.
You’ll be asked to reset your password. You can reuse your old one if you’d like.
You’ll need to update your company profile.
Download any receipts you need before launch — they’ll still be available for 30 days afterward, just in case.

No. Your existing account will carry over. You’ll simply log in using your email address and reset your password the first time you sign in.

What if I forget which email I used for my account?

No worries. Just contact our support team, and we’ll help you locate your account and update your email if needed.

Will my saved projects and preferences transfer over?

No. Any saved projects will not be available on the new BidAmerica 3.0. We created a new system from ground up that is reliable.

How is the new site faster than before?

BidAmerica 3.0 runs on completely different, latest industry standard code language. The new platform is optimized for speed, redesigned tables, and minimal page load times — everything is snappier and more responsive.

What are “AI-powered project fields”?

Our system now scans each project and extracts key data like bid items, NAICS codes, license requirements, DBE goals, bonding percentages, and more — giving you more info at a glance.

Will I still receive email updates on saved projects?

Yes — and it’s even better. Anytime a saved project is updated (addendum, new file, deadline change), you’ll get notified by email automatically.

Is my account more secure on BidAmerica 3.0?

Absolutely. We’ve upgraded to secure, email-based login with modern authentication standards — no more usernames, just your email and a password you control.

What if I need to download receipts from the old system?

You’ll still be able to request receipts from our team for 30 days after launch. You will have all future receipts easily accessible on the new platform.
