PROJECT DESCRIPTION The City of Los Banos (herein referred to as “City”) is currently seeking to update its Water Master Plan, that outlines and prioritizes maintenance and capital needs, as well as proposing long-term sustainable funding mechanisms for the City’s water system. It is anticipated this will require a review of the existing water system, a conceptual understanding of land use and potential development patterns, and a forecast of future population growth. Additionally, the Water Master Plan will need to project future water demand, review water requirements, develop planning and analysis criteria, and analyze the water system.
