SCOPE OF SERVICES The CM-MA Consultant team (Consultant) selected from this RFP process shall provide comprehensive Construction Management (CM) and Master Architectural (MA) services to the County as a part of an overall Design-Build (D-B) project for the new Sheriff’s Nipomo Substation project. The Consultant will act on the County's behalf with respect to preparing Design-Build Bridging Documents, provide oversight during design, administer the D-BE contract and will perform construction management duties during construction. The CM-MA will coordinate with the selected D-BE to ensure the D-BE is fulfilling its contractual responsibilities.
