SCOPE OF WORK The scope of work for the 2024 RTP shall include, but not be limited to, the following tasks: Conduct a minimum of one initial meeting with GCTC staff regarding information transfers, personnel contacts, and RTP format. Review the 2020 RTP to determine which sections of the RTP require update. Conduct a minimum of two meetings with the GCTC Technical Advisory Committee to discuss the Draft 2024 RTP prior to public release. One electronic copy in PDF format shall be provided for distribution to meeting participants and other stakeholders. Prepare draft report including Executive Summary; Policy, Action, and Financial Elements
