The Project is located at Plant No. 1 at 10844 Ellis Avenue, Fountain Valley, CA 92708. The Project consists of replacement of one (1) buried 12-inch plug valve near the trickling filter clarifier at Plant 1. Other work includes excavation and backfill, dewatering, shoring, settlement monitoring, ductbank support, water sampling and testing, concrete chipping, and pillow plug.
