SCOPE OF WORK The Napa County Public Works Department (PW) is seeking experienced and responsible contractors to perform as-needed tree trimming and removal services within the boundaries of Napa County. It is the goal of PW to enlist the services of a Contractor(s) who shall: Perform tree trimming and removal services as required on County property and along roadsides in unincorporated areas of Napa County; Be capable of providing lane closures, including signage, barricades and warning devices necessary to complete work in a safe manner when the Napa County roads crew is not available for assistance; Provide stump-grinding service; Supply necessary labor, tools and equipment required to perform services in a professional manner; and Be capable of: Evaluating trees and make recommendations to PW; Supervising trimming and removal of trees as directed by the Project Manager; and Supervising all work performed for the County.
