Scope of Work The following Scope of Work outlines the process to prepare: Updated Citywide Design Standards for single-family projects and multi-family & residential mixed-use projects; Area-Specific Design Standards for multi-family & residential mixed-use projects; and Streetscape and Public Realm Standards for identified corridors / change areas. When responding to this RFP, the City requests that the consultant team share its approach to each of the following tasks. The City also invites respondents to provide suggestions for streamlining or improving the Scope of Work, and to identify additional or optional tasks that could benefit and improve this effort.
