SCOPE OF SERVICES The scope of the service shall include preparing preliminary drawings, design plans, specifications, and cost estimates for the traffic signal improvements of the following intersections: Baseline Road and Grand Avenue Route 66 and Hunters Trail Lonehill Avenue and Kenoma Street Consultant shall inspect the existing traffic signals, controller, cabinet, wiring, pedestrian push button, signs, crosswalk, and any other deficiencies. The findings of the inspections shall be used in recommendations for traffic signal modification options.
