Scope of Services The scope of work generally consists of modifying the existing traffic signal at the intersection of Baker Street and Babb Street to provide protected-permissive left turn phasing for eastbound and westbound traffic along Baker Street. Improvements include but are not limited to furnishing and installing of new signal poles and foundations, vehicle heads, pull boxes, traffic signal conduit, conductors and cable, sidewalk and curb ramp restoration and construction, loop detection, relocation of existing traffic signal equipment, and all work, materials and equipment required to provide operation as shown on the Plan and these Specifications. Work also includes potholing for the new traffic signal pole foundations.
