SCOPE OF WORK The District seeks qualified contractors to perform HVAC preventive maintenance and as-needed repair services as described in this RFP. HVAC services will be provided at various District Facilities (Attachment A HVAC Route List). Sites are located within the District’s 601-square mile service territory within the Southwest region of Riverside County. Contractor(s) shall provide HVAC preventive maintenance services in accordance with route schedules specified by the District. In addition, the Contractor will provide repair services as the need arises, which may be planned or considered an emergency. The District reserves the right to add/or delete sites throughout the duration of the contract. Multiple contractors may be awarded, and routes may be divided between contractors.
