Contractor shall fully and timely perform all work required to rehabilitate and improve the Property, the scope of which is more fully described in the “Notice of Request for Quotes (SGD 15-158) for Senior Grant Program” and the “Senior Grant Program Check List and Work Scope” attached hereto as Exhibit 2 (the “Work”). The Work shall include all acts reasonably necessary to complete the Work including, but not limited to, furnishing all personnel, labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment, fixtures, transportation, and any other services reasonably related to the Work (including, but not limited to, supervision of workers), whether or not expressly set forth in the Scope of Work.
