Scope of Services On-Call Technical Services for Watershed Capital Projects Description of Work: The selected experienced and qualified engineering firm(s) will be tasked to provide on-call technical support to Valley Water in completing flood protection and watershed stewardship capital projects, which includes working with outside agencies in understanding agency processes such as planning processes, grant application processes and permit processes; providing review of technical reports, models and other analyses; and conducting technical analyses or preparing technical reports.
