Request for Qualifications – Professional Services City Park Improvements

Scope of ServicesThe City is seeking the professional services of qualified consulting firms to provide these services in the areas described hereafter. These firms will be used to design and engineer a parking lot and water splash pad for construction. The design and engineering efforts will need to work closely together. The City will bid both elements separately but construct the parking lot and splash pad simultaneously. The city is interested in the development of conceptual design before approving the actual development of construction documents. A firm must submit a response for each service expertise area for which the firm desires consideration.
