SCOPE OF WORK: Disassemble, troubleshoot and repair various pumps and motors used in Water and Wastewater activities by the Oceanside Water Utilities Department. Provide all parts and labor to facilitate return of units to optimal operational condition. Perform work in a workmanlike manner, following industry standards and practices. All work must be performed in accordance with Underwriter’s Laboratory (UL) standards. Contractor must warranty all work performed a minimum of one year. Contractor’s mark-up for parts and materials may not exceed 15%. The City reserves the right to request documentation of Contractor’s cost at any time during the course of this agreement.
