All of the work to be performed is within the City of Ukiah and consists of the construction of Recycled Water Project Phase 4 - Specification No. 23-01, including: the construction of new and rehabilitation of existing facilities related to the City of Ukiah’s recycled water production, storage, and distribution; repair and reconstruction of existing improvements affected by the Work; and incidentals for complete and usable facilities. General locations of the work: City of Ukiah Water Treatment Plant: 935 River Street, Ukiah, CA 95482. City of Ukiah Wastewater Treatment Plant: 300 Plant Road, Ukiah, CA 95482. Various locations within the City of Ukiah for the recycled water distribution system pipelines.
