Tree Purchase and Planting Project

SCOPE OF WORK Western Riverside County Regional Wastewater Authority is seeking quotes for the purchase of 20 Schinus Molle California Pepper Trees to be planted along the property line along Baron Drive and adjacent lot lines outlined in the photo. Contractor shall provide the trees, labor, materials, equipment and services needed to perform tree planting at the WRCRWA Treatment plant located at 14634 River Road, Eastvale, CA 92880. Bid prices shall include the cost for the trees and all costs associated with planting of the trees, including but not limited to, soil preparation, fertilizer, two lodgepoles per tree, basins, and the extension of existing above ground irrigation to the new trees. All trees shall be warranted by the contractor for one (1) year. Tree size, shape, growth characteristics and favorable soil type shall be taken into consideration in order to select the best tree for the available planting site. Inspect nursery stock for insect or disease, broken limbs, look for the root flare.
