Scope of Work The following is a report of a limited asbestos and lead survey conducted by Mike Harrington, Certified Site Surveillance Technician (CSST) and California Department of Public Health (CDPH) Lead Sampling Technician with Terracon Consultants, Inc. (Terracon). The survey was performed on June 8, 2023, at Flood Park located in Menlo Park, California. Terracon was asked to limit the sampling to the materials that would be impacted by the upcoming renovation work within various locations throughout the park. This included destructive testing of two (2) restrooms as well as various hardscape surfaces, trash enclosures, and tennis courts.
