SCOPE OF WORK: The work for which the Proposal is submitted is for the Rail Road Flat Community Center Kitchen Replacement and all other miscellaneous services necessary as shown or required per contract documents and plans contain herein, including the payment of not less than the State General prevailing wage rates set forth herein, the Project Plans described below, including addenda thereto, the Contract annexed hereto, and also in accordance with the Labor Surcharge and Equipment Rental Rates in effect on the date the work is accomplished, and in accordance with the General Prevailing Wage rates.
