SCOPE OF WORK Environmental impact assessment services may be required for capital projects or planning & development on an as-needed basis. Capital projects could include special projects related to emergency response or planned capital projects amongst the unincorporated roadway network. Planning and development projects sponsored by the County under this RFSQ would be determined by Roads and Planning staff, and may be led by Department of Planning and Development staff on an as-needed basis in coordination with Roads and Airports.
