Scope of Services The proposed project will consist of installing new 12kV underground substructures and electrical equipment along Gene Autry Way, State College Blvd, Katella Ave, and Douglass Road. The project is part of APU’s Capital Improvement Program to improve electric service reliability and capacity in these areas. This project is not covered “Project Work” as defined in the Amended and Restated Community Workforce Agreement (CWA). Electric utility work on high voltage utility equipment and other special utility construction work are specifically exempt and excluded from the scope of the CWA.
