Scope of Work: The Phase II ADA Barrier Removal Project consists of ADA related improvements at parking areas and trail networks within Pulgas Ridge, Russian Ridge, and Skyline Ridge Open Space Preserves in unincorporated San Mateo County. The scope of work consists of the installation of compliant parking spaces, striping, signage, and ADA compliant parking area path of travel to restrooms and trailheads, granitecrete trail paving, site drainage improvements, and minor retaining wall installation, as further detailed and described herein as the Contract Documents.
