Project Description: The purpose of this RFP is to obtain the services of a well-qualified consultant who is familiar with the work required under this RFP. The project is grantfunded via the California Transportation Commission’s Active Transportation Program, Cycle 6. As a quick-build demonstration project, our intent is to install the facilities in a timely manner, evaluate the design, and adjust as warranted. We are seeking consultant services to take our existing conceptual plan (Exhibit A) and with input from City staff, develop a final set of signing and striping plans for construction.
