Orange Coast College Steel Building Installation

Scope of Services Erect an owner provided steel framed building (3000 SQ. FT., see plans) on to existing slab. Include in bid 20 attachment points (2x2x24" deep, doweled into existing slab, see diagram #1) and include bolts and re-bar cage for each attachment point as shown in diagram #1. 24 hours prior to pouring concrete the contractor will notify the College's agent for inspection. Work (not including curing of concrete) must be completed within 8 weeks of start. If any of the owner provided materials are found to be damaged or defective or missing the contractor will notify the College's agent immediately. Lifts and any other equipment needed to assemble the building will be not be provided by Orange Coast College and must be provided by the contractor. Furnish and install (1) 10' X 12' and (1) 12' X 12' sectional 20 gauge rolling steel door. Installation shall include (1) electric operator on each door.
