Scope of ServicesSealant and elastomeric paint on the existing Literature & Languages, Social & Behavioral Sciences building. The existing building is three stories with approximately 115,000 square feet of smooth coat, integral color acrylic plaster.
Clean, grind and prepare the surfaces of the existing plaster system to receive silicone elastomeric coating as detailed in the drawings and specifications.
Prepare and prime surfaces as recommended by sealant manufacturer.
Install back-up material, back-up rod stock and joint filler as required for sealant application.
Apply elastomeric paint coating to exterior walls
