SCOPE OF SERVICES The services to be rendered on an on-call basis by the Consultant shall services include all services and provisions as described herein, and shall consist of all services are customarily rendered when providing On-Call Engineering, Operation and Maintenance, Water Quality Monitoring and Assessment, and Best Management Practices (BMP) Optimization Services. The consultant shall have the following minimum requirements: Expertise in Operation and Maintenance of BMP devices and stormwater quality systems. Knowledge of development and operation of telemetry and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems associated with stormwater systems. Expertise in water quality, chemistry, microbiology, toxicology, zoology, botany, water resources and environmental engineering
