SCOPE OF WORK On-Call Urban Planning Services The City of Palo Alto invites proposals from qualified vendors to provide on-call services for urban planning, environmental review, and land use economics services for its Planning and Development Services Department. This solicitation is for a contract period of four years, with the possibility of two additional one-year extensions. The scope of services includes but is not limited to, the following areas: Urban Planning Historic Preservation Wireless Policy and Standards Current Planning Development Review Long-Range Planning Policy and Strategies Urban Design Services Zoning Code Amendment Services Community Development Block Grant.
