Description The City is seeking a Traffic Engineering consultant to perform a variety of traffic engineering and plan checking services. These services shall encompass and include all detail work, services, materials and equipment necessary to prepare and deliver Traffic Engineering services. All Traffic Engineering work shall be in compliance with the City’s Local Coastal Plan (LCP) and Municipal Code, California Vehicle Code, Latest Traffic Impact Analysis Guidelines and other applicable regulations and standards. All Traffic Engineering services shall be conducted under the direction of a Registered Civil Engineer or Traffic Engineer licensed in the State of California.
