SCOPE OF SERVICES: This section presents a preliminary scope of services to generally communicate the County’s expectations for the provision of the Services solicited hereby. A final scope of services will be developed by the County and the Successful Consultant prior to the issuance of each individual Task Order. All Consultants shall be strictly held to the requirements, standards and protocols set forth in this RFQ. Such requirements, standards and protocols will be incorporated into the final Consultant Services Agreement between the County and the Successful Consultant.
