North County Transit District (NCTD) is soliciting bids for a Contractor to furnish, deliver, and install an oil suction system for locomotive oil changes at the COASTER Operations Facility on Camp Pendleton. The system includes two (2) air operated double diaphragm (AODD) pumps, piping systems with pipe cover, one (1) waste oil storage tank, two (2) custom locomotive oil suction hoses.
