Notice to Consultants – Request for Proposals (RFP) No. 24-15 –Development Process

Project Description The Project has the following goals: 1. Streamline development review processes utilized by staff within and among each division (emphasis may be variable in each division) of the Department to ensure accountability with regard to maintaining review timelines, documentation of comments and actions, and equitable review of applications. 2. Document the approved processes through a strategic framework, procedures, submittal checklists, and uniform applications to eliminate ambiguity. 3. Deliver the department’s streamlined processes through a set of dynamic process guides, workflow charts, applications, and a strategic framework that reflects the City’s branding. 4. As an additional alternative item: conceptually plan the physical office space to allow for a one-stop shop ‘permit center’ to ease customer access and to foster an innovative office culture
