SCOPE OF WORK Provide all labor, equipment and non-owner supplied materials to install the new roof system over the properly prepared substrate. Tear off existing roof system (s) to the structural deck. Locate and repair/replace all areas of damaged substrate prior to installing new roof system. Roofing manufacturer must have representative inspect structural deck prior to any materials being installed.
