SCOPE OF WORK The work to be done consists, in general, of removing the existing 6” vitrified clay pipe and replacing it with new 8” pipe along Neary St and Blackburn St. The work also includes replacing sanitary sewer manholes and spot repairing 18” storm drain along with other related construction activities. The Contractor shall submit a construction schedule for the work. The City shall have review authority over said schedule. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and services required for the complete and proper execution of all the work as shown on the drawings and/or outlined in these specifications. Work shall include items not specifically mentioned herein or noted on plans but necessary to make a complete working installation of all systems shown or described herein.
