Scope of Work The project scope will include minor demolition of non-structural walls to provide access to the new proposed office area. Work will also include necessary electrical, HVAC, concrete flat work outside of building, and other miscellaneous work associated with tenant improvements. Contractor and all staff working at the police station will be required to complete a California DOJ fingerprint exam and criminal history check prior to being allowed on site. Those individuals with felony convictions and or recent disqualifying misdemeanor convictions will not be allowed to work on the police station premises.
