Scope of Services The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor and incidentals as required by the Contract Documents to construct for the above-stated project. The general items of work include: Rehabilitate and reconstruct the existing parking lot. Work includes removal, rehabilitation, and/or replacement of pavement, restripe the parking lot in the temporary and final condition, modify existing lighting system, construct curbs and islands, install bollards, install wheel stops, construct water quality treatment features, and planting of trees and shrubs.
