Joint Outfall F Unit 1 Trunk Sewer Rehabilitation Phase Ii

SCOPE OF WORK The scope of work for the geotechnical exploration was presented in our proposal dated November 15, 2023 (AES Task Order No. 1; Sanitation Districts Project No. 1000973/01-07-00; TAF 5554-01) and included the following: Review available geotechnical information including published geological hazard maps and perform a site reconnaissance to help plan subsurface investigation locations. Prepare a health and safety plan (HASP) for use by the field personnel during the field exploration phase. Obtain required permits for the exploration including but not limited to traffic control, excavation/encroachment permit, and well permit from the City of Long Beach Department of Public Works and City of Long Beach Department of Health and Human Services. Mark and clear utilities in the vicinity of boring locations with Underground Service Alert (USA) and geophysical survey.
