Scope of Work. During the term of this Agreement, Consultant shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment and services as set forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof (“Scope of Work”). In the event of a conflict in or inconsistency between the terms of this Agreement and Exhibit A, the terms of the body of the Agreement shall prevail. Consultant agrees to perform the work in a professional manner and in a manner consistent with that degree of skill and care ordinarily exercised by members of the same profession currently practicing under similar circumstances at the same time and in the same or similar locality.
