The I-15/SR-74 (Central Avenue) Interchange Improvements Project is located within the City of Lake Elsinore in Riverside County, CA. The Project Report and Environmental Document for the I-15/SR-74 (Central Avenue) Interchange Improvements Project is expected to be approved by the Transportation Agencies by March 2024.
