Information Technologies Phone System Replacement Project

Scope of Work The City desires a vendor to complete a comprehensive replacement of the on-premise system, with as little disruption as possible to daily activities during the process. The City’s preference is for a cloud solution, but proposals for on-premise solutions will also be considered. As part of the proposal, please provide a Project Manager to oversee deployment via a combination of remote support as well as as-needed on-site assistance. The new system will need to tie into staff’s Microsoft 365 account. As users are already using Microsoft Teams for daily interoffice messaging and task management, Microsoft Teams is the preferred interface for the new phone solution, but alternative interfaces will also be considered. As part of the proposal, please present an outline for an audit of the existing PRI & DID lines to identify opportunities for cost savings and bill consolidation that can be achieved during the replacement project.
