Scope of Work This RFPQ covers the following program elements. Please refer to Attachment 2 for a detailed map. The ‘Parking Area’ and ‘On-grade Crossing’ are separated into two separate scopes of work, which will need two stand-alone sets of construction documents. This is in anticipation that obtaining encroachment permits from Caltrans for the ongrade crossing will have a longer lead time and that separating the two scopes will result in the construction of the parking area being commenced sooner. The ‘Parking Area’ will still require a Caltrans encroachment permit for ingress and egress into the parking lot
