SCOPE OF WORK The Base Bid scope of work for this project is the rehabilitate and repair the Gora Aquatic Center Recreation Pool Beach Entry Repair Project. Project location is at 630 Chabolla Avenue, Galt, CA. The Contractor shall rehabilitate the current beach entry area of the Recreation pool to address necessary repairs, such as addressing cracking and delamination of tiles. The work encompasses demolishing and reconstructing the current beach entry, trench drain skimmer, demolishing, removing, preparing, and installing new grating, as well as pouring concrete with construction joints to prevent future cracking. Additionally, coordination with the City Engineer, City Inspector, and RSM Engineer is imperative to ensure the work meets the appropriate standards.
