Citywide Facilities Condition Assessments

SCOPE OF WORK: Consultant shall perform an initial non-destructive visual observational review of all buildings and structures on the property list to gain a preliminary knowledge of each facility, and to understand the number and type of sub-consultant(s) that may be needed to provide a proper evaluation for each individual facility. Projected fees for only this portion of the Scope of Work shall be provided as a proposal in this submittal. See Section VI, Submission Information. With knowledge obtained during this initial review, the Consultant is to provide a Work Plan outlining how the evaluations will be performed, and which (if any) specialized consultants are needed for specific facilities. Consultant shall also provide a schedule indicating milestones for key tasks, noting dates for completion and submission of deliverables. See Section VII, Project Timelines for more information.
