SCOPE OF SERVICES The Contractor shall provide timely abatement of required nuisance trash, rubbish, debris, weeds and vegetation, including emergency abatements at specified locations at the direction of the City and upon receipt of written instructions from the Fire Prevention Bureau or other duly authorized person(s). The contractor shall perform a site inspection of the entire parcel prior to beginning abatement work to identify any hazards or obstructions, e.g. ground piping and fire hydrants. The contractor shall also monitor the weather for Red Flag Warning days and postpone abatements as needed
