SCOPE OF SERVICES The City of San Leandro is soliciting proposals from licensed firms with a specialty or experience with the fire station and government building design in accordance with this Request for Proposals (RFP). The scope generally includes the development of programming reports/documents and preliminary cost estimates and construction schedules/timelines for the replacement of ACFD Fire Stations 9, 12 & 13 in the City of San Leandro. These documents shall be prepared to meet the applicable industry standards including, but not limited to, the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), Insurance Services Office (ISO), and other professional organizations and regulatory agencies related to this work. The Scope of Services is not definitive and is intended only as a guide to illustrate the minimum project requirements.
